PACKAGE PRICES
PEAK AND OFF PEAK
Peak days are high in demand for the reindeer attendance, combined with a higher number of visitors to view and feed the reindeer. This means higher costs are incurred for staffing, lichen moss (provided by us to feed the reindeer), insurance risk and generally more tiring for the staff and reindeer. Our peak bookings are Friday to Sunday during November and December.
Off peak bookings are available Monday to Thursday during November and December. Off peak days offer exactly the same reindeer packages, but are not as high in demand as Peak days.
SCHOOL VISITS
As a company that promotes educational and interactive reindeer visits to schools, we offer a two hour visit to your school with two reindeer, two staff and all the trimmings for the children to meet, feed, pet and learn about the reindeer. Our school package is fun and interactive with staff in full costume, who still injects the magic of Christmas combined with the educational and environmental aspect. The school package is priced to reflect our understanding that budgets to accommodate hiring reindeer for most schools are restricted. We feel every child should have the opportunity to meet these majestic and wonderful creatures.

FUEL PRICES
We do not charge fuel cost for events within a 50 mile radius of us, we do also charge more for events in London or other large cities due to the complications with transporting animals through them. If you would like to get an estimate of fuel costs for your event, please enter the postcode of the event here. These prices are intended as an estimate and are subject to change, they are not final prices. Please note that an additional £50 charge will be added for events located in London due to travel complications.

You may use this form to submit a booking enquiry, this is not confirmation of a booking, a member of staff will contact you after your submission to discuss the potential booking, a booking is not confirmed until payment is made at a later date.

AVAILABILITY
This calendar shows the days all of our reindeer are currently fully booked, please do not enquire about booking reindeer on any of these days. We never make our reindeer work more than one booking in a day and will not cancel another booking.
