PEAK PERIODS
​
Peak days are high in demand for the reindeer attendance, combined with a higher number of visitors to view and feed the reindeer. This means higher costs are incurred for staffing, lichen moss (reindeer food), insurance risk and generally more tiring for the staff and reindeer. Our peak bookings are Friday to Sunday during November and December.

OFF-PEAK PERIODS
​
Off-peak bookings are available Monday to Thursday during November and December. Off-peak days offer precisely the same reindeer packages but are not as high in demand as Peak days.

DISCOUNTS
​
We may be able to offer discounts to some schools/educational institutes and charities. This will be subject to availability. Please contact us with details about your event for further information.

FUEL COSTS
​
We do not charge fuel cost for events within a 50-mile radius of us. We have to charge more for events in London (and other large cities) due to the congestion zone charges and other additional extras incurred in transporting large animals.
